Trap- Neuter- Return

Due to the high demand for TNR,  the best way we can support the community is by offering guidance, education and lending trapping supplies. We rely on a small team of volunteers, and we feel we make the biggest impact through education, guidance, and providing resources. Our goal is to give community members the tools and knowledge to assist community cats on their own, with us as a support team. Starting a new colony on your own can definitely seem overwhelming, but there is no experience needed to start TNR. We will provide everything that is needed for a successful trapping. Together, we can accomplish more.

If you are a colony caretaker and need help with TNR, please complete the form below. We will contact you within 72 hours and help create a tailored plan specific to the needs of your colony. If available, our volunteer team can assist with trapping. We count on your help and cooperation to stabilize your colony numbers. Assistance varies depending on the resources available in your area.

Become a foster to help a cat in need. Many times when we TNR, we come across adoptable cats. Most cats are kittens, but age can vary. Some are adults that once left their home and got lost, or kitties left behind or abandoned. To give them a second chance, we rescue them and place them in foster homes while they wait for their forever home. The cat lives in that foster home until they are ready for adoption. We cover their medical care and provide supplies (food, litter, toys). The foster program offers them a temporary home where they receive enrichment, stimulation, and love to prepare them for their forever home.

We are with you every step of the way, whether you are a new foster or have experience, we strive to make every foster experience the best it can be for you and the kitties.

Volunteer Opportunities

We can use volunteers in many areas of our rescue work!

  • TNR- if you would like to go out and trap kitties, we need your help! Whether it’s trapping, recovering cats after surgery, or transporting to the clinic, we can really use your support! Times and days vary on your availability.

  • Adoption events- our adoption events are usually held in Redlands. We need help with set-up, breakdown, and transporting fosters to and from the event. Even if you can only help with 2 hours, let us know!

  • Admin- there are many positions available for admin support. Contact us to find out more!

  • Social media- do you like posting content on social media? Creating videos, fun collages, or trends on TikTok? One of the most important ways to advocate and educate about TNR is through social media.

  • If you have a skill that you’d like to share and want to help us create a bigger impact, reach out!

We have partnered up with Underdog Community Project to host a monthly wellness clinic at Skid Row to provide preventative care to pets of unhoused residents. Preventative care includes: vaccines, deworming, flea preventative, ear cleanings, nail trims. We are in need of volunteers for this clinic. Please contact us if you are a vet tech or veterinarian and would like to help! We can also use your help with other areas of the clinic. Clinics are once a month, and only for 3 hours.
